10. Shawn Walks Into A Trap

DOOL spoilers suggest that Jan will set a trap for Shawn, and he’ll take the bait. Added teasers state that her plot will be revealed, and Belle and Shawn will be caught off guard. What’s Spears (and the Devil) up to now? Could Jan be linked to the double Belle debacle outlined in the recent Days winter preview video?

9. Ciara Is In Danger

DOOL spoilers also note that Ciara will be caught in the Devil’s crosshairs, as Salem’s heroes and heroines come together to keep her and baby Cin safe! Will Satan attempt to capture Ciara to harm the baby? Will “Marlena” kidnap Ms. Weston? Can John and his crew keep Satan away long enough to conduct an exorcism, just in time for Christmas?

8. Help Is On The Way!

DOOL’s winter preview video reveals that actor Greg Vaughan is set to reprise his Eric Brady role soon. As “Marlena” is tied to a bed, John will summon her son for help to get rid of the Devil, once and for all. Brady will return in his full priest uniform to help his mom work out her issues with Satan. Will Eric and John be able to help Evans before Christmas hits? Sounds like they’ll deal with some devilish antics along the way.

7. OG Kristen DiMera Returns 

Interestingly enough, Eric won’t be the only surprising return during Evans’ exorcism. Another unexpected teaser during the Days’ winter preview video is the reveal of actress Eileen Davidson returning to play Satan’s version of Kristen DiMera. As Eric does his priest/exorcism thing, she’ll attempt to seduce Mr. Brady. It didn’t work on John, so it’s unlikely to work on Eric, but you can’t blame a demon for trying… right?

6. Trimming The Horton Christmas Tree

The age-old tradition of the Horton clan gathering on Christmas Eve to decorate the tree with family ornaments will continue this year. Except it sounds like there will be a little twist to this year’s festivities. According to Days spoilers, Jennifer Horton will try to return for the family get-together; however, her trip will be jeopardized by some wintry weather.

5. A Christmas Miracle!

DOOL spoilers imply that there will be much concern that Jennifer won’t make it home to Salem in time for the tree-trimming party or Christmas. In true Days style, however, Jennifer will arrive at the Horton household in what teasers are dubbing a “Christmas miracle”. Beloved actress Melissa Reeves will return for the big event and reprise her role. Can someone sprinkle some of that Christmas miracle dust on Marlena, too?

4. Lucas Is Caught Off Guard

Across town, DOOL spoilers for the week of Christmas indicate that Lucas will be caught off guard. What could cause Mr. Horton to be stunned? Will this have to do with Sami, or possibly his missing half-brother, Philip? If Lucas sees Philip alive, he may be wrapped into Kiriakis’ scheme.

Speaking of Philip, DOOL spoilers suggest that while the evidence mounts against Brady during the week of Christmas, Belle will believe in his innocence. In fact, she’ll start to feel as if someone is purposely trying to “set” Brady up. Can Belle gather enough proof to clear her brother’s name? With Marlena and John preoccupied by the Devil, Brady’s sister might be his only hope.

2. Chanel and Johnny Have News!

DOOL spoilers note that Chanel and Johnny will return to Salem for Christmas, only to share some major news with loved ones. Added teasers imply that what they tell family and friends will “stun” them. Could these two be expecting? Perhaps, Johnny popped the big question while they were away? It sounds like the couple is taking a major step forward in their romance.

While other Salemites will be busy baking, shopping, and prepping for holiday parties, Gwen will be worried. DOOL spoilers say the concern for Rizczech centers around her “Sarah” secret. Will Xandy give up on their romance in the hopes that he can find Horton and patch things up with her? Or, will Gwen worry that her boyfriend’s going to find out she’s known about Sarah all along!
