The entertainment industry is not typically a great place for relationships. Being a celebrity of any kind often means spending a lot of time away from home, long work days and lots of temptation. Despite the high percentage of failed relationships in Hollywood, there are many couples who are able to make it last and most of the time it’s because they realize in order to make it work they need to spend more time together! While it’s not the answer for everyone, sometimes it’s the best way to spend more time with a significant other while maintaining a successful career. Here is a list of 10 couples who love working together!

10. Faith Hill and Tim McGraw

They are no doubt the king and queen of country and one of the biggest power couples in the music industry. Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have been married for over 20 years, so they’re obviously doing something right! Being a musician requires a lot of time on the road and in the studio, so in order to spend more time with each other, they work together. These two do not mind sharing the spotlight at all. They’ve done three co-headlining Soul2Soul tours together and collaborated on numerous singles like “Just to Hear You Say That You Love Me,” “It’s Your Love,” “Let’s Make Love,” “Meanwhile Back at Mamas,” and “Speak to a Girl.”

9. Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos

Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are no strangers to working together since they met at work! Their relationship dates all the way back to the ’90s when they met on the set of All My Children where they played love interests Hayley and Mateo. Since getting married and having children, their careers have taken them down different paths, but they still find ways to work together. Ripa and Consuelos launched their own production company called Milojo in 2007 and often co-host together on her talk show Live with Kelly! (now Live! with Kelly and Ryan). He’s been such a popular and frequent co-host that when the network was looking for a replacement after Michael Strahan left, Consuelos was one that fans wanted to see in the seat next to her! More recently, the two are set to produce a new TV series together called Geek Girl Rising: Inside the Sisterhood Shaking Up Tech.

He directed while she starred in the following films: Funny People, This is 40, Knocked Up, The 40-Year-Old Virgin, and she appeared in his TV show Freaks and Geeks. Mann has said she loves working with her husband not only because they get to spend time together, but it allows her to have some control over the script which is something she wouldn’t have in any other situation. It helps that these two simply work well together. Surprisingly, Apatow told Vanity Fair, “Usually we only have one bad day a movie” — not bad!

Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas have starred alongside each other as husband and wife on the popular series ever since 2011. In an interview with Access Hollywood in early 2017, Dallas gushed about working with his wife. “We’re besties. I think there’s a mutual respect. Certainly, I respect her talent as an actress and to be able to work with that everyday is a dream come true and then to be able to go home with my best friend is also the best!” he said. Goodwin then chimed in with, “I think we probably annoy people because we get along better than other people on sets in general.”

They’ve worked together on numerous films like The Heat, Bridesmaids, Spy, Identity Thief, The Boss, and upcoming films The Happytime Murders and Life of the Party.
