7 Celebrity Men Who Love Plastic Surgery As Much As Women

In Hollywood, women aren’t the only ones who go crazy over plastic surgery – some of the men do too! These guys want to look their best and they think that some nips and tucks coupled with some Botox and fillers will get them there. We totally disagree with their approach, however. Plastic surgery doesn’t make them look younger – it actually makes them look waxy and more alien-like. We really wish these celebrity men would reconsider their approach to aging because they are beginning to look and sound a lot like their female celebrity counterparts. Here are 7 celebrity men who love plastic surgery as much women!

7. Clay Aiken

Clay Aiken looked remarkably different when he was on “Celebrity Apprentice.” It turns out that he had a little work done on his face! “I had operative surgery on my jaw for a TMJ thing and I had them suck the fat out of my chin while they were in there,” he said. “I was like, ‘You know what, while I’m already down, go ahead and take the vacuum in there and suck the fat out of my chin.’”

Although he has not confessed to having had anything else done to his face, it looks like he has had fillers and Botox. His cheeks look noticeably fuller and his skin is without wrinkles. He was much cuter back in 2003 when he was a contestant on “American Idol.” He had such a fresh, wholesome look, which has been totally obliterated by plastic surgery. Let’s hope he stops cause he is starting to look more and more like Bruce Jenner.

6. Simon Cowell

Simon Cowell is pretty vain. His looks are really important to him, which is why he tans, waxes his body hair and uses Botox. While he may like injections, he has said that he hasn’t had any other plastic surgery procedures. “I’ve had Botox. But, then again, pretty much everyone I know has, except Cheryl Cole,” he told the Daily Mail. Well, if everyone else is doing it, why not!

According to “The X Factor” judge, Botox isn’t a big deal. “To me, Botox is no more unusual than toothpaste,” he told U.K.’s Glamour magazine. “It works, you do it once a year – who cares?” In the same interview, he also admitted that he wears platform heels to give him some extra height. With his love of waxing, tanning and Botox, Cowell could pass as one of the Real Housewives. We just hope he knows where to stop because is getting close to looking like a caricature of his former self.

5. Barry Manilow

Barry Manilow has denied having had any plastic surgery; however, his face tells a very different story. When he was a guest on Jonathan Ross’ show last year, he insisted that he hasn’t had anything done and that good old fashioned healthy living was responsible for his lack of wrinkles. “Really, this is what I look like. I don’t know what the hell they’re talking about,” he said. “It’s infuriating. This is me at 70. It is. I swear.” What is infuriating is that he is the audacity to lie, especially when he can barely move his face.

Manilow has reportedly had Botox and facelifts. His skin looks so tight and waxy that we would guess that he is also getting some fillers with his Botox treatments. In 2003, he was actually spotted leaving a hospital wearing a wig and dark glasses. He claimed that he had had an accident, which is why he was hospitalized, but everyone else thinks that he was getting an upper and lower facelift.

4. Gene Simmons

Gene Simmons is pretty serious about plastic surgery. Back in 2007, he and his wife Shannon Tweed decided to get facelifts together. “I’d thought about it before,” he told People magazine. “I was aware I had jowls.” Well, he got rid of them. Dr. Frank Ryan – who performed Heidi Montag’s 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day – did the work. Each facelift reportedly cost over $40,000 and it was filmed for the couple’s reality TV show “Family Jewels.” A couple who gets plastic surgery together stays together, right?

We’re not sure that the procedure had the desired effect. These days he isn’t looking that young, but he does have that swollen look, which indicates only one thing – too much plastic surgery. Tweed had said that she didn’t want Simmons to come out of the procedure looking younger than her and we don’t think he did. We’re just wondering whether the facelift has given him a taste for plastic surgery.

3. Sylvester Stallone

Sylvester Stallone has been quite open in the past about his love of plastic surgery. Many years ago, he had half of his face surgically lifted. When he was born, doctors had to remove with forceps, which damaged the nerves on the left side of his face. This made his mouth crooked. It didn’t help that years later, when he was preparing for “Rocky,” he lost a great deal of weight – this caused the left side of his face to sag.

“People see this scar and think I’ve had a face-lift. What they don’t notice is that I don’t have a scar over here by my right ear. What do they think? That I could only afford to have half of it done?” he said. Stallone also said that he has no problem with getting more plastic surgery. “Sure. Why not do it? You have body work done on your car,” he said. Well, this explains why he now looks like he’s had more stuff done since.

2. Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson had tons of work done during his lifetime. He reportedly had dozens of facelifts, nose jobs, skin bleaching, a forehead lift, cheekbone surgery, a lip alteration and a dimple created in his chin. According to his biographer J. Randy Taraborrelli, the King of Pop had his fist nose job after he broke it during a dance routine in the late ‘70s. The surgery wasn’t a success because he had trouble breathing as a result. He had another procedure done to fix the first one a couple of years later and yet another one after that.

In a 2002 interview with Martin Bashir, Jackson denied that he had any plastic surgery procedures except for a nose job. “I’ve had no plastic surgery on my face,” he said. “Just my nose. It helped me breathe better so I can hit higher notes.” When Bashir expressed doubt about that and asked again, the “Thriller” singer then admitted to having had two operations that he could remember. His autopsy told a very different story though.

1. Bruce Jenner

Bruce Jenner is the poster boy for plastic surgery. Back in the ‘80s, he got his first taste of it and it wasn’t good. He had a nose job and a partial facelift, which ended up being botched. This took a toll on his self-esteem. In 2009, he decided to get it corrected and went under the knife again. While he seemed pretty happy with the results initially, it wasn’t enough. After separating from Kris, he decided to get more plastic surgery. This time he had his Adam’s apple smoothed out.

The former Olympic athlete was recently spotted looking like he had even more work done to his face. Like his daughter Kylie Jenner, he was also spotted with some full lips, making people wonder if he decided to get some injections. The only thing we know for sure is that Bruce loves plastic surgery just as much as all of the women in his family.
