CSI: Crime Scene Investigation launched a whole new craze in the television industry. There have been many police procedural shows, but CSI remains as one of the first to make the content one of the most commonly used for TV series. Based in Las Vegas, the original eventually gave way to CSI: Miami, CSI: New York, and CSI: Cyber. The show garnered such great critical and commercial reception, it lasted for 15 years from 2000-2015 and saw many stars come and go, and enjoy its success. 10. Robert David Hall

Estimated Net Worth: $8 Million. Aside from George Eads and Eric Szmanda, Robert David Hall has appeared in the most episodes of the long running series as Dr. Al Robbins. Although hall endured tragedy when he was involved in a serious car accident that resulted in his car exploding and the loss of both of his legs, he overcame the accident to have a successful acting career. Aside from CSI he has appeared in things like Life Goes On, Beverly Hills, 90210, Starship Troopers and The Practice, and many of his characters have shared his disability. Hall has done very well and has an estimated net worth of $8 million.

9. Ted Danson

Estimated Net Worth: $60 Million. Following William Peterson’s exit in season nine, celebrated sitcom actor Ted Danson joined the CSI team in season 12 as lead character D.B. Russell. As one of the most famous television actors from the ’80s, Danson has accumulated an astounding net worth of $60 million, thanks in large part to his $500,000 per episode salary during the prime years of Cheers, and the $250,000 per episode he received as a star on CSI and now CSI: Cyber.

8. Jon Wellner

Estimated Net Worth: $2 Million. Jon Wellner joined the cast of CSI in 2005 as DNA and toxicology technician Henry Andrews, beginning as a recurring character from seasons 5-12 before being included as a regular character from seasons 13-16. Although he had acted several times before, CSI was his first major role and has helped Wellner make a net worth of $2 million.

7. Eric Szmanda

Estimated Net Worth: $8 Million. For two seasons Eric Szmanda was featured as a recurring character in the role of DNA specialist Greg Sanders, but it didn’t take long for him to become a fan favorite and then starring character for the remaining seasons. Szmanda ended up being right behind George Eads for appearing in the most episodes of the series from 2000-2015. Through his career, Szmanda has also appeared in various films and series; however, CSI is his claim to fame and the source of his $8 million net worth.

6. Paul Guilfoyle

Estimated Net Worth: $18 Million. Paul Guilfoyle starred as Detective Jim Brass on CSI for 14 seasons before calling it quits. While the show was obviously a great addition to his resume, Guilfoyle can also attribute some of his $18 million to several of his other acting credits including Air Force One, L.A. Confidential and Beverly Hills Cop II.

5. Gary Dourdan

Estimated Net Worth: $500 Thousand. Gary Dourdan was one of the original stars of CSI as Warrick Brown. He was a fan-favorite, but in 2008 he could not reach a contract agreement with CBS and his character was killed off in the last episode of season 8. Although he had a starring role for 8 seasons, as well as other notable acting credits, Dourdan only has a net worth of $500 thousand due to legal issues. He has had multiple arrests for drug possession and in 2011 was arrested on felony battery, and in 2012 the actor was forced to file for bankruptcy with reports he owed $1.7 million to creditors.

4. Jorja Fox

Estimated Net Worth: $6 Million. Jorja Fox was one of the leading characters in CSI as Sara Sidle and eventually becomes Director of the Las Vegas Crime Lab. As well as CSI, Fox is known for her roles in ER and The West Wing, and has an estimated net worth of $6 million.

3. Marg Helgenberger

Estimated Net Worth: $16 Million. Marg Helgenberger starred on CSI as Catherine Willows for 12 seasons and returned as a guest star for seasons 14 and 16, with the role garnering her a People’s Choice Award. While her reported $390,000 per episode salary for CSI certainly helped in her $16 million net worth, she has established herself in the industry with several other notable roles in projects such as China Beach, Species, ER, Erin Brockovich, Intelligence and Under the Dome.

2. William Petersen

Estimated Net Worth: $35 Million. William Petersen led CSI as Gil Grissom for nine seasons, returning to guest star sporadically in the remaining seasons, and it remains his most recognizable role. Petersen has a very comfortable estimated net worth of $35 million which is thanks in large part to the reported $600 thousand per episode he was making in his last few seasons on the show. Aside from CSI he has also acted in To Live and Die in L.A., Manhunter, Fear, Gunshy, The Skulls and Manhattan.

1. George Eads

Estimated Net Worth: $13 Million. Through all of the characters to come and go, and different stars to lead the CSI team, George Eads as Nick Stokes is the one actor to star in the series the whole way through, appearing in 335 episodes. He is best known for his role on CSI which is the major source for his $13 million net worth. He has appeared less popular shows including Savannah and Grapevine.
