It seems that there might be tension between longtime Full House costars Candace Cameron Bure and Jodie Sweetin.

Cameron Bure and Sweetin have taken different stances on “traditional marriage” and it seems that their feud has now escalated to social media. In the latest turn of events, fans noted that Cameron Bure unfollowed Sweetin earlier this month.

The pair rose to fame together playing siblings DJ and Stephanie Tanner on ABC’s Full House. The sitcom aired its last episode in 1995 after eight seasons, but the two actresses later reprised their roles on Netflix’s Fuller House.

Cameron Bure and Sweetin’s relationship has seemed to take a turn after Cameron Bure made headlines for her views about marriage equality. “My heart wants to tell stories that have more meaning and purpose and depth behind them,” the Christmas Detour star told WSJ. Magazine of her decision to leave Hallmark for Great American Family.

“I knew that the people behind Great American Family were Christians that love the Lord and wanted to promote faith programming and good family entertainment. …  I think that Great American Family will keep traditional marriage at the core.”

Cameron Bure’s remarks quickly garnered attention from fellow celebs, and stars such as Hilarie Burton, Sophia Bush, and JoJo Siwa spoke up. At the time, Sweetin also publicly backed Siwa and commented “You know I love you,” in response to Siwa’s post calling out Cameron Bure.
