Cardi B revealed that she is expecting her second child while performing at the BET Awards on Sunday!
Cardi B revealed the news while performing with her husband Offset and his group Migos at the ceremony on Sunday night. During the performance, Cardi unveiled her baby bump while rocking a sparkling outfit on-stage.
Following the performance, Cardi B posted to Instagram making the baby news official. “#2!” she wrote with a red heart emoji confirming the exciting news.
Cardi B’s celebrity friends, such as Khloé Kardashian, Chloe Bailey, and Lil Nas X, quickly jumped on the post to share their congratulations. Cardi B’s sister Hennessy Carolina also reacted to the post, writing excitedly, “IMA BE AN AUNTIEEEE AGAINNNNN.”
Cardi and Offset previously welcomed their first child, daughter Kulture Kiari, in July 2018. The couple has had their ups and downs throughout the years and Cardi reportedly filed for divorce from the rapper in September. An attorney for Offset confirmed that the couple had reconciled in an official statement to Billboard this past November.
