Pink and her husband Carey Hart have been through a lot together, and Hart had a sweet message for his wife after almost two decades together for her 40th birthday.
The 44-year-old motocross racer took to his Instagram to share several photos of the pair together and with their two children: daughter Willow Sage, 8 and son Jameson Moon, 2.
“Welcome to 40 baby. I’ve celebrated 18 birthdays with you, and I can say it’s amazing growing up with you. The person you have grown into is inspiring,” Hart shared.
“You have become a successful business woman, superstar, dedicated mother, Philanthropist, supportive wife, wine maker, motorcycle mama, and amazing friend to all around you. I’m so proud of the woman you have become, and you are more beautiful than ever. You truly are like wine. You just keep getting better, and I’m so lucky to be along on this crazy ride with you,” he continued.
“I love you baby. Looking forward many many more birthdays with you. I can’t wait to see how nuts you and I are in our 80’s. Enjoy your day,” Hart conclude the heartfelt note.
The pair first met in 2001 at the X Games and began dating before briefly separating in 2003. Following their small break, the singer proposed to Hart in June 2005, and the two were married in January 2006. The couple announced their separation in 2008, but sought counseling and announced they were back together in 2010. Pink confirmed they were expecting their first child in November 2010 and they welcomed their daughter Willow in June 2011. In December 2016 they welcomed their son Jameson.
