Kate Middleton just stepped out with Prince William to kick off their three-day tour of Ireland. The duo opted for matching green outfits, which is the national color of Ireland, to step off the plane.

For the occasion, Kate opted for a patterned dress by Alessandra Rich which featured a peplum waist, balloon sleeves, and an abstract print. She paired the dress under a Catherine Walker double-breasted coat in a deeper shade of emerald green. Keeping with the monochrome color palette, Kate topped with the look with matching green accessories including a clutch, heels, and headband.
The one standout feature of this look is the trendy velvet headband that Kate accessorized with. Headbands have been a huge trend this past year and we’re excited to see that Kate has adopted the trend into her own royal wardrobe. Her headband features a luxe velvet texture and a dramatic, padded shape which really elevates her entire look.
