Lori Loughlin is ready to move on after the college admissions sandal.

A source opened up to Us Weekly about Loughlin’s life following the scandal and revealed that she’s looking to “put the past behind her” and move on. “She has served her time in jail and completed her probation, community service and paid all of her court fines,” the insider revealed.

In 2019, Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, were accused of paying $500,000 in bribes to get their daughters, Olivia Jade and Bella into the University of Southern California. In March 2019, the couple was indicted and they plead guilty two months later. Loughlin was sentenced to two months in jail and was released in December 2020, while Giannulli was released in April after serving a five-month sentence.

After her release, Loughlin made it a goal to stay positive and continue to contribute. She allegedly “continues to work with Project Angel Food” even after her required 100 community service hours were complete.

She also reportedly “privately arranged to put two students through four years of college” and has paid their tuition and expenses in full totalling over $500,000.

The source revealed that Loughlin is positive about her future and hopes that she “be allowed to move on,” adding that Loughlin feels there is “this stigma attached to her by people who don’t want her to have any success.”
