Mila Kunis will be making a guest appearance on Two and a Half Men” as Vivian, a free-spirited world traveler who hits it off with Walden Schmidt played by Ashton Kutcher. Walden ends up convincing himself that Vivian is the one, even though he was about to propose to someone else.

10. Jason Alexander

Jason Alexander – who is best known for playing George Costanza on “Seinfeld” – guest starred on the 200th episode of “Two and a Half Men” as John Cryer’s character Alan’s cardiologist. Alexander’s character gives Alan a clean bill of health after his two heart attacks; however, Alan keeps milking his family and Walden’s guilt, as he fakes more heart attacks.

9. Jenna Elfman

Jenna Elfman starred in three episodes of “Two and a Half Men.” In two of those episodes she played Frankie, a love interest of Charlie Sheen’s character Charlie Harper, and for the season nine premiere, she guest starred as Dharma from her sitcom “Dharma & Greg.” Eflman brings her old co-star Greg  (Thomas Gibson) to check out Harper’s beachfront place.
