Miranda Kerr makes sure to fit in exercise whenever she can. 4. Jennifer Aniston

Jennifer Aniston looks just as good now as she did 20 years ago when she first launched her career on Friends and we think her fitness routine might have something to do with it. She typically attends spin-yoga classes three days a week and spends the rest of her time doing weight-training exercises at home. “I usually do a trifecta. Fifteen minutes on the bike, 15 on the treadmill running, and then 15 on the elliptical. You have to shake it up, you know, muscle confusion,” she said.

3. Kate Hudson

Kate Hudson chooses her exercise based on her mood, but her go-tos focus on core and butt. “Like sometimes, I’ll just want to stretch and do more of a hot yoga-type situation, sometimes I want to sweat it out and do more cardio, spinning,” she said. “But my go-to’s are Brazilian Butt Lifts – it’s just really, really concentrating on your core and your butt – and Pilates.

Gigi Hadid is a natural athlete – she grew up playing volleyball and riding horses. Her exercise of choice is boxing, but she also likes to workout with a former pro fighter. “We start with jump rope – there’s no better way to slim down legs – and we end with ballet-inspired floor exercises,” she said. “In the middle, we box.”

1. Jessica Alba

Jessica Alba has one of the most enviable figures in Hollywood. We all wish that we could have her body and we totally can – but it takes work! “I try to work out every day for 45 minutes to an hour. I start out on the treadmills or elliptical machine for 10 to 15 minutes to get my heart rate up to 180 beats per minute. Then I do 50 lunges and crunches. Next I get back on the machine for another 10 minutes. Then I work on shoulders, biceps and triceps. I do that nonstop for four sets,” Jessica divulged.
