Fans of The Young and the Restless (Y&R) did a serious double-take on Sunday, September 25th, when Courtney Hope (Sally) and Mark Grossman (Adam) appeared to be very cozy at a wedding together.
“My best friend got married,” Hope revealed in her Instagram stories. In the candid shots, which have been preserved here by a fan, Hope reveals her Maid of Honor slippers alongside a caption of, “Cheers to the bride!”. However, it’s the next photo that really befuddled her followers!
To the delight or disturbance of many Y&R fans, she also posted a snapshot of herself with her wedding date: co-star Grossman. In the photo, Hope and Grossman are cheek-to-cheek in matching, autumnal attire.
On his Instagram stories, Grossman also posted a photo of the wedding venue, which is located at Redwood Ranch, in Three Rivers, California.
But hang on a second… isn’t Grossman dating co-star Sharon Case? Weren’t they rumored to be engaged last year?

This eye-catching photo has sent the Y&R rumor mill into overdrive, as fans are now second-guessing the relationship status of Grossman and Case.
There has been growing suspicion among social media users that the couple, who began dating in 2019, separated last year. Sure enough, Case and Grossman haven’t been spotted in each other’s social media as much lately. Case last shared a photo of the two on October 16th, 2021.
So, are Hope and Grossman now dating? The chemistry between the two stars is intense, both on Y&R and in this wedding photo. As such, many social media fans believe the two are a newly minted couple.
Both performers have also been known to fall in love with other daytime drama stars. Grossman and Case began dating shortly after he joined the CBS soap, while Hope had a wedding with General Hospital actor Chad Duell which was later deemed invalid.
Neither Hope, Grossman nor Case have responded to the fan intrigue as of yet.
