Kourtney Kardashian and Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker are engaged!
Kardashian confirmed the news on Instagram by sharing pictures of the romantic proposal with the caption, “forever @travisbarker.” TMZ was the first to announce the engagement and revealed that Barker proposed at a beachside hotel in Montecito, California. Barker set up a romantic floral arrangement right beside the water filled with red roses and tall candles.
This is the first time that Kardashian is engaged, but she shares her three children, Mason. Penelope, and Reign, with her ex Scott Disick. Barker has had two marriages in the past to Melissa Kennedy from 2001 to 2002 and Shanna Moakler from 2004 to 2008. He shares stepdaughter Atiana, son Landon, and daughter Alabama, with Moakler.
Barker’s children took to Instagram to share their support of the union between their father and Kardashian. “Congratulations @kourtneykardash and @travisbarker I’m so happy for you guys love you guys so much!” Landon wrote in an Instagram Story of the couple.
“So happy for you guys I love u both!” Alabama wrote with a close up image of the ring on Instagram.
Kim Kardashian also took to social media to share her support of Kourtney and Travis. “KRAVIS FOREVER,” she wrote on a Twitter video of Kourtney and Travis kissing which then zooms up on her new ring.
Kardashian and Barker were first linked back in January, but made their relationship Instagram official in February just after Valentine’s Day. At the time, Kardashian shared a photo of the couple holding hands.
Congratulations to the happy couple on their engagement!
