Young And The Restless News Round-Up For The Week (September 19, 2022)

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) is officially in full swing, and as fans dive deeper into storylines, it’s hard not to speculate on what will happen next! Will Adam and Sharon cross a line? Will Devon and Amanda get closer? Will Victor try and stop Victoria? As such, below are some Y&R plotline predictions for August 24 to September 4, 2020.

12. Sharon Won’t Back Down

Seems like Sharon and Adam are on the verge of crossing a line. Sharon is trying to stay in denial, but it’s clear that while she knows Adam is no good for her, she consistently looks for reasons to be close to him. This week when Adam takes off due to a memory that surfaces, she’ll head to Kansas while Chelsea will believe he’s in Vegas.

11. Sharon Crosses The Line

Perhaps it’s because she and Chelsea don’t see eye-to-eye on Adam’s whereabouts that causes Sharon to move forward with going to Kansas (without Chelsea) because, at the end of the day, it should be Adam’s wife who finds him and returns him home. Regardless, Sharon will turn to Victor and ask for the Newman jet, and he’ll oblige. When Chelsea catches wind of all this, she’ll be fuming. She won’t like the fact that Victor approved the jet from a (technically) non-family member, especially since Sharon is not Adam’s significant other.

10. Chelsea Taken Aback

What may bother Chelsea, even more, is the fact that Sharon was right, and she was wrong. Y&R spoilers indicate that Chelsea will head to Kansas after she finds out that Sharon took the jet there, and what Lawson finds when she gets there takes her aback. Seems like things will get sticky between these three this week.

9. Chelsea Versus Sharon

Y&R spoilers suggest Chelsea and Sharon have a major confrontation; they also imply that Adam and Sharon head into “deadly” ground this week. Could this mean that Sharon and Adam slightly cross a line in the coming days? Could Chelsea catch them in a compromising position while in Kansas? This would cause Lawson to hit the roof.

8. Devon & Amanda

Speaking of, Amanda and Devon could be headed in that territory, too. They’ve become quite chummy as of late, and it seems like their bumping into each other will continue to become a regular thing. Nothing will happen anytime soon, but the Y&R will continue to tease chemistry between these characters.

Y&R spoilers state that Traci is about to hit a new chapter this week! Could this have to do with business or pleasure? Could it be a new book, a project at Jabot or Chancellor Communications?
